600 6th Ave., Manhattan
Located in mid-town Manhattan, this site was once home to the original National Maritime Union Building, which had served as a large distribution center and warehouse. Our crews constructed this current building on the site from the ground up. It features 10-stories of luxury condominiums as well as commercial space for ground floor occupants. The building features prominently in the neighborhood, also known as the Flatiron District, and showcases our talent for new construction.
As per usual, our crews self-performed most of the work to complete this building. We worked closely with the client during the planning phase to map out each nuance of this residential and commercial construction. As always, our goal is to design in accordance with the client’s vision and recommend cost-effective solutions to enable our clients to achieve outstanding value on their property investment.
Our construction teams are fully certified and highly skilled at new constructions as well as landmark preservation. Be sure to contact our home office to learn more about our design and construction services.
