Our Team Approach
The team that will be assigned to any project will be accountable directly to the president of M&R. As such, there will be daily progress reports submitted. Bi-weekly huddles with the entire team that is, directly and indirectly, responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
As indicated, M&R has been a general contractor/construction management firm for the better part of two decades. A primary focus of being a general contractor/ construction manager is maintaining accountability and managing subcontractors. It is our function to research all proposed subcontractors to ensure that they have the necessary skill set, proper workforce, professionals, and, ultimately, the financial capacity to handle the project at hand. We have been very fortunate to compile a group of subcontractors in all the necessary trades. This allows us the critical experience to properly vet all subcontractors for your project.
Projects to design and construct buildings can involve large numbers of people and, on major projects, many tens of people. The structure and composition of the project team tend to change through the duration of the project; some team members might only have a very brief involvement, bringing specialist knowledge or supplying specialist components during a particular phase, whilst others, such as the client, project managers or lead consultants may be involved for many years.
It is crucial that project teams are structured properly from the outset and that team members are selected carefully to give the project the best prospect of success. However, as there is often some doubt about whether a project will proceed during the very early stages, proper attention is not always given to defining the project team.
Establishing collaborative practices is of particular importance in building design and construction projects, as they are likely to involve bringing together large numbers of diverse disciplines, many of whom will not have worked together before. They are also likely to involve the coordination and integration of a great deal of complex information. M&R's Team is well prepared for these scenarios.

Jimmy's passion for creating and building unique, carefully crafted structures is a hallmark of his over 20 years of experience in the construction field. His mandate to stay abreast of technology lays the foundation of innovation and creativity to solve the never-ending challenges faced in construction. He is responsible for providing an ever-evolving strategic direction, aligning business and operations initiatives with company goals overseeing the management of projects and contract negotiations.
As President, he deals with the higher-level strategy of the company and directs its overall growth, with most other tasks delegated to managers and departments who are responsible for overall safety and employee training. He routinely communicates and stresses the company's safety mission statement and culture to all of the employees to ensure safety leadership. He truly leads by example, ensuring that the result produced by M&R Construction Group is one he can be proud of.

Ilya Rimerov
CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Ilya's responsibilities include developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, and demonstrating leadership. In his role as CEO for over 20 years, it is imperative to lead by example by exercising the five critical components of leadership, including field presence, effective communication, feedback, accountability, and benchmarking.
Ilya provides executive direction for M&R Construction, overseeing all the contracting divisions and affiliates. He works with management executives to monitor project performance, ensuring that schedule, safety, and quality goals are achieved.
